Terry Brennan - Director

Established fsda, the first Queensland based specialist Food and Beverage consultancy in 1985. Terry, with over 40 years experience in F&B design, oversees design and documentation. His dedication to Kitchen Design is seen in the longevity of fsda and it's valuable list of loyal clientele.

Lorraine Brown - Accounts Manager

Lorraine joined fsda in 2015. Lorraine manages the accounting systems of the business allowing the consultants to concentrate on their respective responsibilties and has become an important part of the team.

Tim Thornton - BIM Manager

Tim joined the team in 2015. He has helped transistion fsda into the revit space & is an integral part of the fsdas coordination documentation & the developer of our revit system.

Cindy Hopewell - CAD Operator

Cindy assists the Queensland office with CAD drawings and specifications on UAE and Australian projects. Cindy joined the fsda team in 1995.

Martin Crist - Project Consultant NSW, VIC, SA

Martin started his career as a Chef and moved onto selling and demonstrating commercial kitchen equipment. After spending 10 years as a Sales Consultant for Commercial Kitchens, Martin joined fsda in 2008.

Kai Him Kwan - Cad Operator

Starting in 2011 as a trainee cad operator, Kai has learned the business over the intervening years and he has proven himself a highly capable & motivated CAD operator.

Kevin Brennan - CAD Manager

Kevin joined the team in 1991. With 20 years experience in food and beverage design and documentation, Kevin has an integral part of the team and undertakes quality checks on all documentation.

Paul Brennan - Revit Operator

Paul joined fsda in 2016 as a trainee revit operator quickly taking on family development with vigour. He is eagerly taking on all facets of commerical food consulting.
