Established in 1985, food service design australia (fsda) has secured their position as Australia's leading kitchen designers through consistently delivering projects beyond expectations.

Leading the team of industry professionals is Terry Brennan. Starting out as a design draftsman, Terry progressed through the industry as an owner operator of restaurants, manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment to the establishment of fsda.

Terry's direct involvement in the design, costing, documentation of the kitchen and bar process is invaluable. Offering Client's a unique perspective and personal service, Terry's international experience is unsurpassed. With the ability to transfer his knowledge of operations to design, Terry leads a strong team of diverse professionals whose combined experience covers all facets of food and beverage design including operations and manufacture.

Not satisfied by relying solely on equipment available on the market, fsda (in conjunction with JW Beech) designed the first commercial Wood Fired Oven for use in food service. Later inspiring the addition of a char grill section allowing for greater menu diversity.

fsda's proven ability to service small, medium and large businesses by providing innovative design and precise documentation has created a long list of loyal clients.
